Grandma’s Summer Cabbage Salad

Whenever we have a potluck picnic to go to, I bring Grandma Marilyn’s Summer Cabbage Salad. It’s sort of a variation on cole slaw, but you don’t have to worry about mayonnaise getting warm. I almost always double the recipe. Grandma says the secret is to get the “crunchies” nice and brown. Enjoy!
